Match Report: Beddau

**DUNVANT RFC UNDER 13s DOMINATE IN BROADACRE BLITZ**

In a riveting pre-season friendly, Dunvant RFC's Under 13s stormed to a monumental victory over Beddau RFC at their home ground of Broadacre, showcasing immense promise for the upcoming season.

Enjoying a day of glorious weather, both teams took to the pitch with intent. But from the get-go, it was Dunvant who displayed an exceptional hunger. By half-time, they had amassed a formidable lead of 40-5. Their rucking was nothing short of impressive; aggressive, fast, and clearly well-drilled. Their defence, too, was a wall, an impenetrable force that Beddau struggled to find a way through.

While Beddau's scrum performance was commendable, it was the sheer brilliance and unity of Dunvant's squad that stole the limelight.

Koby Rogers was particularly outstanding. Awarded the Man of the Match, Rogers displayed a masterclass in rugby with his solid tackling, jaw-dropping 6 tries, and accurate 11 conversions. A rising star in the making, Rogers is surely one to watch in the season ahead.

While Dunvant had a lot to celebrate, the coaches were especially pleased by the team's collective effort and the extraordinary fitness levels displayed by the boys. It's evident that training sessions have been intense and fruitful.

Looking ahead, Dunvant will be heading to an away tournament in Aberdare in what promises to be an exciting tournament. If this latest fixture is anything to go by, the teams at this tournament

might have to bring their A-game against a confident and thriving Dunvant side.

To all the rugby aficionados out there, keep your eyes on these young lads – the future of Dunvant RFC looks brighter than ever!
